A Bit About Me
Katrina Trotter Travel is a Scottish based high-end travel specialist focusing on Latin America and a select few destinations around the globe. Launched in 2014 by its eponymous founder, Katrina set up on her own after a life-time of travel experiences from growing up in the Far-East to living in Spain and Latin America in her 20s. She was taken on to head up the Latin American team for award-winning tour operators in London, harnessing her specialist knowledge of South America. "When I moved north to Scotland, I realised straight away that there were very few dedicated specialists in the region." Trips with Katrina include creative honeymoons, exciting family adventures, wildlife and nature safaris on foot or horseback as well as the more intellectual and educational journeys led by local experts. In 2020, she took her husband and 3 young boys on a three month adventure to Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Panama and Colombia, getting first hand experience on travelling with young children.
